Nature of Work / Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Sacco Financial Literacy Officers spread across different counties, constituencies, towns, schools and wards enabling one to contribute to our mission from their own communities. We seeking passionate volunteers who will:

Identify potential members and recruit them into Palscity Sacco and empowering them to also join others.
Develop and implement a comprehensive financial literacy curriculum as well as Conducting financial literacy workshops and seminars for target audience online or physical.
Build and maintain relationships with community groups, individuals, partners and stakeholders.
Track and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, promote the program through marketing and public relations activities including social media.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to program participants.
Stay updated on financial trends and best practices.
Understand different financial needs of the people and align them to the many products and services the Foundation has with an aim of giving back to the Society.

A mandatory KSh. 10,000 (2,000 for personal branding + 1,000 for Bundles & Credits + 2,000 for transport + 5,000 for personal upkeep) – A reward for your 1st 10 users.
We guarantee monthly KSh. 5,000 if you can bring 1 person to the Sacco per day totalling 20 persons per month. OR
KSh. 10,000 for 5 working days by recruiting 2 members a day totalling 40 in a month. OR
KSh. 20,000 for 5 working days by recruiting 4 members a day totalling 80 a month. OR
KSh. 30,000 for 5 working days by recruiting 6 members a day totalling 120 in a month. OR
KSh. 50,000 for 5 working days by recruiting 10 members a day totalling 200 a month. OR
KSh. 100,000 for 5 working days by recruiting 20 members a day totalling 400 a month.

After the 1st 3 months, the Sacco will establish a physical Officer and offer a permanent full time Job for any 3 months targets achieved. The Job Salary will depend on the Targets achieved.

Business Entry Data Entry allows you to earn KSh. 7 per data entered and KSh. 5 data that has the auto fill. All you need is your clerk account. Ensure the businesses are active/running. Business name, Phone & Email are mandatory. Ensure no duplicates.
Account Upgrades: Earn 35% of the package upgrade through your effort.
Product Upload Data Entry: Businesses that deal with products are to be added to our ecommerce www.mybigorder.com for their accounts to connect and show products on their KEOnline accounts. They will need product upload. You can charge any price. By standard we charge Kshs. 10 per product.
Call Centre Services: One may choose to always assist by making calls. This also comes with a payment plan of KSh. 10 per successful calls.
