The Sanitary Pad Program, facilitated by Palscity Foundation, is dedicated to addressing menstrual hygiene challenges faced by women and girls, particularly in underserved communities. With a deep understanding of the profound impact menstruation has on the lives of women and girls, both physically and socially, this program is driven by a commitment to ensuring that no woman or girl is left behind due to lack of access to menstrual hygiene products. We recognize that menstrual hygiene is not just a health issue but also a matter of dignity, education, and gender equality. Therefore, the Sanitary Pad Program seeks to bridge the gap in access to menstrual hygiene products and education, empowering women and girls to manage their periods with confidence and without limitations.
Through this initiative, we aim to dismantle the barriers that hinder women and girls from fully participating in daily activities, such as attending school, engaging in work, and participating in community life, due to menstruation-related challenges. By providing affordable sanitary pads and comprehensive menstrual health education, we endeavor to equip women and girls with the resources and knowledge they need to navigate menstruation with dignity and without shame. Furthermore, by promoting sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions and engaging with communities to break the silence surrounding menstruation, we strive to create a more inclusive and supportive environment where menstruation is viewed as a natural and normal part of life, rather than a taboo subject.
Our program aims to ensure access to affordable menstrual hygiene products and provide comprehensive education to empower women and girls in managing their periods with dignity and confidence. Through community engagement and sustainable solutions, we strive to create a supportive environment where menstruation is destigmatized and women and girls can thrive without barriers.
