What is the Boss Mentorship League?

The Boss Mentorship League is a unique and transformative initiative aimed at fostering personal and professional development among young individuals. It is organized by the Digitally Fit Awards in Partnership with Palscity Foundation, and it seeks to bridge the gap between seasoned industry leaders and the next generation of professionals.

Project Objectives

The primary objective of the Boss Mentorship League is to provide a platform for mentorship and knowledge exchange. This is through connecting experienced CEOs, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and icons with aspiring young professionals,

Activity Format

The Boss Mentorship League will be organized as an annual event, with the following key features:
  • Sportsmanship: The event will incorporate sports activities such as soccer, volleyball, and relays to encourage teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among participants.
  • Mentorship Sessions: CEOs, entrepreneurs, and icons will participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and panel discussions, where they will share their experiences, insights, and advice with young mentees.
  • Networking Opportunities: The event will include networking sessions and social activities that allow participants to build meaningful connections with industry leaders.
  • Innovations and Product Expos: To promote entrepreneurship and innovation, the event will host expos where young entrepreneurs can showcase their products and ideas.

    Who is the target?
    The Boss Mentorship League is designed for two main target groups:
    1. Mentors: CEOs, entrepreneurs, professional experts and icons from various industries who are willing to dedicate their time and expertise to mentor young professionals.
    2. Mentees: Young individuals, including students and early-career professionals, who are eager to learn, grow, and receive guidance from experienced mentors.
